Breast Reduction Gallery

Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 27-year-old woman.  She had lost seventy pounds through hard work and lifestyle changes.  Her breasts had developed droop and loss of volume since her weight loss – she was looking for a lifted but proportional result.

A breast reduction removed over a pound of tissue from each breast.  The auto-augmentation mastopexy technique moved her breast tissue to a higher position on her chest and reshaped her breasts into a more round and perky shape.  Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.

Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery.  She is applying scar gel and has lost additional weight through more exercise – now that she only needs to wear one sports bra!
