Breast Reduction Gallery

Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 63-year-old woman. She worked full-time as a yoga instructor and found demonstrating yoga positions extremely challenging!

A breast reduction removed over two pounds of excess breast tissue from each breast. Her remaining breast tissue was lifted and reshaped to create a rounder and more proportional breast. Liposuction permanently removed excess fat from her bra rolls and armpits.

Follow up photos are shown a year and a half after surgery, with mature scars and her final results. She plans to keep teaching yoga for another ten years now that it is so much easier to move!
