Before and after bilateral breast reduction in a 45-year-old woman. She had typical symptoms of macromastia and wanted relief from her neck, back and shoulder pain.

She felt very strongly about not having liposuction as part of the procedure, which is totally fine! There is not a one-size-fits-all approach to Plastic Surgery.

A breast reduction removed excess breast tissue, lifted and reshaped her breasts. Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery, with pink scars that are beginning to enter the scar maturation phase.
