Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 45 year old woman. Her formerly perky breasts had developed sagging and heaviness after having children. 

A breast reduction and lift removed some of her breast tissue, but kept good upper pole fullness and cleavage. A major lift reshaped her breasts into a perkier form.

Follow up photos are shown 7 months after surgery. Her scars are maturing and she has the results she was hoping for!
