Breast Reduction Gallery

Before and after breast reduction, lift and liposuction in a 26 year old woman with congenital breast asymmetry. She wanted her breasts to be more even and shapely. She had a significant fatty accumulation in her armpit region as well.

A small amount of breast tissue was removed from each breast, with more taken from the larger side. Her remaining breast tissue was reshaped via a mastopexy to create a perkier and youthful breast contour.

Liposuction of her armpit regions (“axillary rolls”) and the sides of her breasts completed the procedure. Follow up photos are shown at a year and a half after surgery. Her scars continue to mature and she feels balanced and proportional.
