Breast Reduction Gallery

Before and after massive breast reduction in a 45 year old woman.  Her nipples and breast literally hung LOWER than her belly button!  Needless to say, she had chronic pain in her neck, shoulders and back from her oversized and hanging breasts.  She had considered a mastectomy to remove this tissue, but was encouraged to consider a breast reduction instead. 

A breast reduction removed over two kilograms (4.5 pounds) from EACH breast!  Her remaining breast tissue was reshaped to a smaller and more manageable size.  While she stated she did “not care about scars”, we do!  She started scar therapy two months after surgery and optimized her incisions.

Follow up photos are shown one year after surgery.  She no longer wears a bra, and all her pain is gone.
