Breast Augmentation Gallery

Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a 32-year-old woman.  She liked her breasts and had a nice breast shape – she just wanted them to be a littler bigger, but still look natural.

Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position.  After surgery, she took one week off work and three weeks off exercise.

Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery.
