Breast Augmentation Gallery

Before and after bilateral breast augmentation and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 34-year-old woman. she had always been small-breasted, but after breastfeeding she lost whatever upper pole volume she had previously. She wanted to look very natural and keep her teardrop breast shape, just to subtly fill out her bras better.

Relatively small silicone gel breast implants were placed through an incision hidden under her breast in the subglandular position, on top of the muscle. Liposuction removed a small amount of excess fat from her armpits.

Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery. She loves her results, both in a bra or swimsuit and when she goes braless as well!
