Breast Augmentation Gallery

Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a 25 year old woman.  Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position through an incision hidden in the fold under her breast.

She was excited to learn that she could resume full activities just three weeks after surgery.  She had minimal swelling due to the implants NOT being under the muscle, and because of the use of drains.  Did you know that Dr. Horton had a breast augmentation herself?  Learn more about drains here.

Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery.  Her sensation has fully returned and she feels “normal, natural and proportional!”.  We agree.
