Breast Augmentation Gallery

Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a 29-year-old woman with volume loss after breastfeeding and mild breast asymmetry.  She was looking for a natural look that made her still “look like a mother” but with less deflation of her breasts.

Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, the subglandular position.  A labiaplasty was done at the same time together with Botox, fillers, laser treatments with our very own @bayareainjector and medical-grade skin care from our office to complete her Mommy Makeover procedure.

After surgery, she hired extra help for assistance with her three children for a few weeks before resuming full Mom duties and returning to her part-time job.  Her sensation returned fully by six months postop, and she completely forgot she had implants – they “felt like part of her,” which is completely normal as the body incorporates the breast implants into what feels like a normal part of the body.

Follow up photos are shown 3 years after surgery, with natural looking breast augmentation results and soft and natural feeling breasts.  This is always our goal!
