Breast Augmentation Gallery

Before and after bilateral breast augmentation with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 32-year-old woman. She had recently become engaged, and not only wanted a “bride makeover,” but to fill out her strapless wedding dress – without needing to wear a pushup bra!

Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the chest muscle, in the subglandular position through an incision hidden in the fold of the breast. Liposuction permanently removed pesky fat that peeked out from every sleeveless top she owned. After surgery, she took one week off work and three weeks off exercise.

Follow up photos are shown 6 weeks after surgery. She came to see us right after her wedding dress fitting and was ecstatic! She loves her natural looking breast augmentation results and sleeker armpits.
