Breast Augmentation Gallery

Before and after bilateral breast augmentation with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 53-year-old woman. She was starting a new chapter of her life and was finally perusing all the things she had considered doing for decades – including investing in herself! She had always wanted her breasts to have the shape and fullness that she created in padded bras, but she wanted that look without needing to wear a bra!

Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed subglandularly, on top of the pectoralis major muscle. Liposuction removed excess armpit fat and debulked her bra rolls, which had accumulated extra fat since going through menopause.

Follow up photos are shown 3 years after surgery. She feels that her breasts look and feel very natural, and is extremely comfortable in her skin!
