Breast Augmentation Gallery

Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a 57-year-old woman. She had always wanted fuller breasts, and figured “if not now, when?”!

Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position through an incision under the breast.

Follow up photos are shown 2 months after surgery. Her nipple sensation is recovering, and she is starting to feel like the implants are “part of her.”
