Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a 25 year old woman. She had lost some weight, and with that 15 pounds she also lost her breast fullness.

A breast augmentation restored her prior volume in under two hours! Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Liposuction removed a small amount of fat from her armpit area (axillary rolls).

She took one week off work and three weeks off exercise. Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She feels natural and proportional and no longer needs padding in her bras!
