Before and after breast augmentation and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 29-year-old woman. She had not yet had children, but didn’t want to wait to get the fuller but natural looking breasts she had been dreaming out for years!

Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed through an incision in the fold under her breasts in the subglandular position, on top of the muscle. She worked with her hands and felt very strongly that she did not want to sacrifice muscle function.

A small but significant amount of fat was removed from her armpit area using liposuction to complete the procedure. Follow up photos are shown 6 weeks after surgery. She is back exercising, her sensation is nearly back and she loves her breasts!
