Breast Augmentation Gallery

Before and after breast augmentation in a 33 year old woman. After breast feeding her three children, she developed deflated, empty breasts that sagged and had lost all their volume. Her nipples had stretched out and become enlarged after nursing babies for years.  

She was planning a full Mommy Makeover, including a breast augmentation, abdominoplasty, liposuction and nipple reduction. For her breast enhancement, smooth round silicone gel implants were placed on top of her chest muscles (subglandular position) to fill out her lost breast volume but preserve chest muscle function.  

A nipple reduction was performed at the same time. Liposuction removed armpit fat to further contour this area beside the breasts. Follow up photos are shown six months after her Mommy Makeover.
