Breast Augmentation Gallery

Before and after augmentation in a 35 year old mother.  She previously had a breast lift and lost most of her breast volume after having children and nursing them.  She wanted to be able to fill out her bra again and to maintain a natural look. 

Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle to replace her lost volume.  Follow up images are shown at three months after surgery.  She is back weightlifting and is so happy she does not have the “animation deformity” or “flexion/motion deformity” she sees in so many women at the gym!

Implants placed on top of the muscle maintain the most natural look and do not migrate upwards and outwards with breast flexion.
