Breast Augmentation Gallery

Before and after breast augmentation and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 34 year old mother. She did not particularly want to look natural and instead was going for a full, augmented, “Vegas fake look”.

While this is not the typical subtle outcome a majority of patients I see are going for, I tell my patients “we can do just about anything” when they are describing the results they want. Their goals become my goals. That is what Plastic Surgery is all about – helping people achieve their particular goals for their body.

Placement of smooth round silicone gel high profile implants in the subglandular position (on top of the muscle) created a highly projecting breast with significant upper pole fullness. Follow up images are shown at 6 months after surgery.
