Breast Augmentation Gallery

Before and after mastopexy and augmentation in a 27 year old woman. She had previously lost weight and consequent volume of her breasts, with increased drooping and deflation.

Smooth round silicone gel implants were placed in the subglandular position. A lift raised her nipples and areolas and re-draped droopy skin around the implant in a higher and more youthful position. Liposuction was performed liberally at the sides of her breasts and the axillary roll (back fat/bra roll) region to further contour this part of her chest.

Follow up images are shown at 9 months postoperatively.
