Before and after mastopexy and augmentation in a 33 year old mother of three.  She had lost most of her breast volume after nursing her children.  She wanted her previous fullness and perkiness of her pre-pregnancy breasts, and actually liked the additional volume she experience during breast feeding.

A smooth, round silicone gel breast implant was placed in the subglandular position to add back volume.  A mastopexy lifted her nipples, reduced her areola diameter, and tucked excess loose breast skin.

Follow up images are shown 6 weeks after surgery.  She has just been given the green light to exercise without restrictions and she has been instructed on scar therapy.  She now has the look she wanted – without a bra!
