Before and after Mommy Makeover consisting of a breast reduction and liposuction in a 50-year-old mother of twins. Her breasts had enlarged after surgery, and she wanted her formerly smaller and perkier breasts back. She had also accumulated extra fat after pregnancy and was excited to learn she could do liposuction at the same time.

A breast reduction reduced her breast size and created improved symmetry, lifting and reshaping her breasts to be rounder and higher up on her chest. Liposuction removed fat from her axillary rolls (armpits and bra rolls), abdomen, pubic region, circumferential flanks and upper inner thighs. Nearly five liters of fat were removed!

Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery. Her scars are close to being mature, she has regained sensation of her nipples, and she loves her results!
