Before and after liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 55-year-old woman with significant armpit fat and breast tissue in the axillary tail region.

At the same time as a breast reduction and lift, liposuction permanently removed fat and breast tissue from her armpits and bra rolls.    

Follow up photos are shown 9 months after surgery, with a dramatically improved contour to her armpits and bra rolls.
