Before and after labiaplasty in a 38 year old woman. Together with a liposuction procedure, this patient wanted to reduce the size of her labia minora tissue.

A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue (some surgical markings can be seen in the preoperative photo. Follow up photos are shown three months after surgery. She is thrilled with her surgical results!
