Labiaplasty Gallery

Before and after labiaplasty in a 45 year old women. She noticed her labia minora grew longer and darker after having children. She wanted to do something that would enable her to do yoga without discomfort and to feel like she looked “prettier down there!”

A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue but maintained a natural look, keeping some of the labia minora – which serves an anatomic function to protect this delicate area of the body from friction and to assist with lubrication.

Early follow up photos are shown at 5 weeks after surgery. She has resumed yoga and feels very comfortable with this part of her body! The tissue that was removed is also shown, for interest!
