32-year-old woman with excess labia minora tissue who experienced self-consciousness and physical discomfort during intercourse. A labiaplasty trimmed the excess and reshaped the area to create a neat and tidy appearance of her labias which additionally alleviated her symptoms.  A small amount of clitoral hood skin was trimmed for the neatest appearance, without any risk of injury to clitoral nerves or sensation of the clitoris.
