Patient # 241

Patient # 241
Before and after labiaplasty in a 28-year-old woman. She had congenital asymmetry of her labia minora and experienced discomfort when she exercise due to their length and redundancy.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue, but left a normal amount of labia behind. We offer this procedure awake, under local anesthesia – together with inhaled laughing gas and an oral anti-anxiety medication.
Long-term follow up photos are shown 2 years after surgery, with a natural looking result, improved symmetry, and a very happy patient!
