Before and after labiaplasty in a 25-year-old woman. She sought relief of her physical discomfort every time she wore tight jeans or exercised.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue but left a normal amount of labial tissue behind, so that her results looks normal and natural, without any sign of surgery.
