Before and after labiaplasty in a 50-year-old woman. She felt discomfort every time she exercised or wore yoga pants.

A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora and some of her clitoral hood skin, as shown in the surgical markings and tissue excised in her labiaplasty.

Follow up photos are shown 6 weeks after surgery, with a normal looking result and comfort during exercise! She resumed running at one month postoperatively.
