Before and after labiaplasty in a 50-year-old woman. She was an avid runner and experienced pain every time she ran longer than ten minutes.

A labiaplasty trimmed excess hanging, long labia minora tissue. After surgery, she took a full month off exercise and gradually increased her activity afterward.

Follow up photos are shown a year and a half after surgery, with natural looking results and a happy, comfortable patient!
