Before and after labiaplasty in a 32-year-old woman. She found wearing tight pants uncomfortable, she was always “adjusting” her labia in her underwear, and sex was tricky due to her long labia minora.

A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora under local anesthesia, inhaled laughing gas and an oral anti-anxiety pill, as shown in the image below. After surgery, she took a week off work and a month off exercise.

Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She has a normal and natural look to her labia region and is comfortably exercising and wearing whatever she likes!
