Before and after labiaplasty in a 53-year-old woman. She felt discomfort when having sex, exercising and even walking her dog.

A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue, including much of the most darkly pigmented mucosa. After surgery, she took two weeks off work and avoided getting her heart rate and blood pressure up during healing.

Follow up photos are shown just 3 weeks after surgery. She loves her natural looking results and feels more comfortable already!
