Before and after labiaplasty in a 34-year-old woman. For years, she had hidden her labia area when in a changeroom and felt self-conscious in intimate settings. She was relieved to learn that a straightforward outpatient Plastic Surgery procedure under local anesthesia could help her!

A labiaplasty trimmed some of her long labia minora tissue so that when she stood up, it remained tucked inside the labia majora. Follow up photos are shown 2 months after surgery.
