Before and after labiaplasty in a 36-year-old woman. She was limiting her physical activities due to her long labia minora tissue, and wanted freedom to exercise any way she wanted!

A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue but left a normal amount of tissue behind, so that future romantic partners would not notice that she had had surgery down there.

Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery. The final image shows the tissue removed during her labiaplasty procedure.
