Before and after labiaplasty in a 25-year-old woman. She felt discomfort in her labia area every time she exercised, rode her bike to work and even walked.

A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora so that the labia majora held her inner lips in place when she was upright.

Follow up photos are shown 9 months after surgery. She now feels extremely comfortable doing all physical activities, and never thinks about her labia any longer!
