Before and after labiaplasty in a 50 year old woman. Her long labia minora tissue was irritating when she exercised and she felt like she could never get completely clean.

A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue but left a normal amount of labia behind. Follow up photos are shown 6 weeks after surgery.
