Before and after labiaplasty in a 60 year old woman who felt it was difficult to clean her labia and did not like the appearance of this part of her body.

A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue in an outpatient procedure performed under local anesthesia. Follow up photos are shown two weeks after surgery.
