Abdominoplasty Gallery

58-year-old mother of three (and grandmother of two!) with loss of her abdominal muscle tone and excess fat in her middle region from pregnancies and aging. An abdominoplasty repaired her rectus abdominis muscles back to the midline and redraped redundant abdominal wall skin and fat. Additional liposuction was done to further contour her waist and flanks. Note that her incision was designed to fall within her swimsuit lines. Postoperative images at 8 weeks after surgery are shown with pink incisions and normal residual swelling.
