Abdominoplasty Gallery

Before and after abdominoplasty as part of a Mommy Makeover in a 38-year-old mother.  Her goal was to have a flatter tummy and less fat in her mid-section at the same time as having a breast lift with implants.

An abdominoplasty removed excess skin from her lower abdomen, repaired her muscles back together in the midline, and redraped her tummy skin tighter.  Liposuction removed fat from her axillary rolls (armpits and bra rolls), upper and lower abdomen, flanks, pubic region and upper inner thighs.

Long-term follow up photos are shown 8 years after surgery, with mature scars and a long-lasting result, even after menopause!
