Before and after abdominoplasty and liposuction of the abdomen and flanks in a 53-year-old woman. She wanted to improve the contour of her belly and to get rid of her extra rolls of fat.

A tummy tuck removed excess lower abdominal skin and fat, repaired her abdominal muscles back together in the midline, and redraped her abdominal wall skin downward. Liposuction removed excess fat from her upper and lower abdomen, flanks, pubic region and upper inner thighs.

Long-term follow up photos are shown 8 years after surgery, with mature scars and an enduring flat tummy!
