Abdominoplasty Gallery

Before and after Mommy Makeover that included an abdominoplasty in a 46-year-old mother. She wanted to keep her curves and beautiful body shape, but to have a flatter tummy. She had worked hard to get back to her pre-pregnancy weight but was left with an empty flap of skin above her C-section scar.

Her individually curated procedure involved a breast reduction and lift and an abdominoplasty with rectus abdominis muscle repair, and liposuction of her axillary rolls, upper and lower abdomen, pubic region, inner thighs and outer thighs.

Follow up photos are shown 9 months after surgery. Her scars are fading nicely, and she loves wearing form-fitting dresses and working her core at Pilates!
