Abdominoplasty Gallery

Before and after abdominoplasty and liposuction in a 48 year old woman. After having children, her abdomen bulged outward, even if she was flexing her muscles! She still felt she looked pregnant even through her children were all in elementary school.

A tummy tuck removed her excess lower abdominal skin and fat, repaired her muscles back together in the midline, and redraped her skin downwards. Her belly button was inset as a normal cute navel. Liposuction removed excess fat from her upper and lower abdomen, pubic region and anterior flanks.

Follow up photos are shown one years after surgery. Her scars are now mature, all swelling has resolved and she has a greatly improved contour to her abdominal wall (her “core”).
