38-year-old Mom with a central abdominal deformity, extra fat and skin in her mid-abdominal region, bulging abdominal muscles and loss of muscle tone after her pregnancies. An abdominoplasty recontoured this area to create a flatter, firmer abdominal wall. Her rectus muscles were corseted together, excess skin was removed, and her scar was kept as short as possible to enable her to continue wearing bikini bottoms without any evidence of surgery! This patient also had a bladder repair to treat urinary incontinence at the same procedure by a Gynecologic Surgeon.
