37-year-old mother of four and long-distance runner with post-pregnancy loss of abdominal tone and contour. Her Mommy Makeover included an abdominoplasty with rectus fascial plication to restore her abdominal wall musculature back to its pre-pregnancy state. She noted relief from chronic strain on her abdominal wall following her procedure. Her prior C-section scar was replaced with a low horizontal incision that still appears normally pink at 5 months postoperatively.
