New Year’s Resolutions & Personal Goals

New Year’s Resolutions. Have you made any?

I try not to set traditional New Year’s resolutions, as I strive to live every single day as my best self. You see, I believe that it’s essential to maintain a healthy lifestyle, get enough rest, eat nourishing foods, and prioritize quality time with my family. Being present in the moment is something I’ve always valued, both in my personal life and in my practice. I often tell people that “the glass is not just half full, it’s refillable,” and I genuinely aim to make the most of every single day.

However, there are a few specific goals I’d like to accomplish in 2024. One of my main objectives is to increase my visibility in the media. To achieve this, I’ve been working closely with a PR expert to craft a strategy that will help me reach a broader audience. I’m particularly excited about expanding my online presence by creating more educational and longer-form videos on my YouTube channel.

While my channel already features various videos, my intention for this year is to produce more informational content, conduct longer interviews, and engage in more writing. I’ve recently been contributing articles to Haute Living San Francisco magazine, and the latest piece I’ve written focuses on the many benefits of Barre workouts. In this article, I had the pleasure of interviewing Nina Falls, the owner of Pure Barre in Mill Valley, where I regularly attend a 6 am class every Monday through Friday.

That’s a glimpse of what my 2024 looks like! I’d love to hear about your resolutions and goals for this year.
