Even though Erica works remotely, she still feels like a true part of Dr. Karen Horton’s San Francisco team—and that she is! As a Project Manager at SILVR Agency who collaborates closely with the practice, she loves how welcoming, supportive, and open everyone is. Erica’s love for animals runs deep. If she weren’t managing website and marketing projects, she’d likely be working with animals in some capacity.
