Before and after MACS lift in a 58 year old woman. She had early development of jowls and more aging on the left side of her face and neck. Surprised? Don’t be – people who spend a great deal of time in the car commuting to and from work accumulate more sun damage on the left side of their face!
A MACS lift resuspended the deep tissues of her face and neck, restoring the SMAS to a more youthful position, correcting her jowls. Liposuction removed a small amount of fat from under her chin. She took one month off exercise and worked from home during her recovery.
Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery. She looks natural and still like herself. Although no one would know she has had “work done”, she is so happy that she tells everyone!
