61-year-old woman with breast cancer who underwent a left large lumpectomy followed by chemotherapy and left breast radiation. She later sought bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies and immediate reconstruction using DIEP flaps. Postoperative images after nipple and areola reconstruction are shown with smaller and lifted breast reconstructions, a flatter abdomen and better symmetry to her breasts.
