Before and after liposuction of the abdomen and flanks in a thin and very physically fit 37 year old personal trainer.  Despite her best efforts, she had a stubborn fat deposit that had persisted (and was also present when she was an even skinnier teenager!).  Removal of a liter of fat produced a more defined abdominal wall and showed off the hard work she had put in at the gym.
