Before and after liposuction of the abdomen and flanks in a 52 year old woman.  She worked full time and did not have the ability to take 6 weeks off work for a tummy tuck recovery.  Her goal was to have less fat around her midsection and to look better in her work clothes.

Liposuction permanently removed fat from the deep layer of her anterior abdominal wall.  You can pinch this area between two fingers when you flex your abdominal muscles – this is the area that is treated with liposuction.  Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery.
