58-year-old woman who lost a significant amount of weight after gastric bypass surgery. Her post-weight loss body contouring procedure included a breast lift, a standard abdominoplasty and liposuction contouring. Note her vertical abdominal scar was completely removed in her tummy tuck procedure, which redraped excess upper abdominal skin downward to recontour her tummy. Her breasts were transformed to a perkier shape without the need for an implant. Normal postoperative swelling at 2 months after surgery is visible.
